Platinium Host provides Cloud Hosting, VPs, Dedicated Servers, Reseller, Domains, Streaming, Backup Servers, VPs Cloud, Managed CPanel Hosting to clients around the world, and we have the responsibility to protect each client and provide the best services available.
Compensation Policy
You agree to use all PlatiniumHost services and facilities at your own risk.
Customer agrees that it will defend, indemnify, save and hold harmless Platinium Host from and against any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees claimed against Platinium Host, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, which may arise or result from any services provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any products sold by the customer, its agents, employees or assigns.
Platinium Host reserves the right to intervene with any of the sites hosted on its servers in the interest of its clients.
Billing
We currently bill monthly, quarterly, semi-annually and annually, depending on the plan.
We accept Paypal, Zelle, Reserve, Zinly, Binance, Bank Transfer in Venezuela, Panama, Spain.
Late payments
All accounts are billed according to the dates they were first activated.
Acceptable use policy
All services provided by Platinium Host may be used for lawful purposes only.
Subscriber acknowledges that the service provided is of such a nature that service may be interrupted for many reasons other than the negligence of the company and that damages resulting from any interruption of service are difficult to determine.
Subscriber further acknowledges that the Company's liability for its own negligence may in no event exceed an amount equal to the charges payable by Subscriber for the Services during the period in which the damages occurred.
Illegality In any form, including, but not limited to, unauthorized distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, trafficking in obscene material.
Limitation of liability
Platinium Host will not be liable for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, that may arise from Platinium Host servers going offline or unavailable for any reason.
Disclaimer
Platinium Host is not responsible for system downtime, crashes, or loss of data.
